New Issue of Bridges, Memorial Sloan-Kettering's Survivorship Newsletter
The winter issue of Bridges, Memorial Sloan-Kettering's newsletter for survivors, written by survivors, is now available online. Bridges is dedicated to our patients, each of whom has experienced the uncertainties and physical challenges that follow a diagnosis of cancer. The newsletter offers a forum where patients and their families can share stories of hope and inspiration, as well as the challenges that accompany the cancer survivor's journey.

EVENT NEWS

Get Ready for Rock & Run on the River 2009
Mark your calendars! The third annual Rock & Run on the River 5K run/walk and survivorship celebration is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 7, 2009. Online registration opens in mid-February. We hope you can join Memorial Sloan-Kettering for this wonderful celebration of survivorship! more

2009 Cycle for Survival Raised $ 1 Million
Cycle for Survival took place on Sunday, January 25, 2009, at Equinox Fitness Club in Midtown Manhattan and at satellite locations around the world. The Equinox event featured team cycling relay sessions, fitness classes, personal training sessions, and other activities. Cycle for Survival raised more than $1 million in funds for pioneering Memorial Sloan-Kettering research on rare cancers. more
