Integrative Medicine The
Bendheim Integrative Medicine Center at 1429 First Avenue offers a variety of services and therapies in a beautiful spa-like setting. Services include massage therapy, mind-body therapies, acupuncture, and yoga and fitness classes, as well as educational workshops, and information on herbs and botanicals. The center is open to the general public.

FRED’S TEAM RACE NEWS
Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle Congratulations and thanks to our Fred’s Teamers who participated in a cold and snowy
2009 Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K Run and 5K Fitness Walk on Sunday, March 29. This year’s team raised more than $29,000 to support cancer research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering.
Boston Marathon Congratulations and thanks to all our Fred’s Team runners who participated in the 113th Boston Marathon -- the world’s oldest annual marathon on Monday, April 20. This year’s Fred’s Team Boston raised a total of $54,000.
