Starting your own Cycle for Survival team is fun and easy! It’s also the best way to make a difference in the ride against cancer. Register your team to ride at one of the two NYC Equinox locations on January 31, 2010, or at the Chicago Equinox location on February 6, 2010. Or you can start a satellite team to ride any time of the year at a location near you.

GO EXTREME

The Cycle Extreme challenge is an option that enables a single rider to complete a four-hour cycling shift without stopping. If you're up for a rigorous workout, Cycle Extreme is the ride for you. Cycle Extreme takes place in a special suite at Equinox Graybar in New York City on January 31, 2010, from 8:00 AM to Noon.
