Registration is open for Cycle for Survival 2010, the indoor team cycling fundraiser that has raised more than $2.2 million in support of research on rare cancers at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. The fourth annual event will take place on Sunday, January 31, 2010, in two New York City Equinox fitness club locations; on February 7 at an Equinox fitness club in Chicago; and at satellite locations around the world. Rock & Run on the River is a 5K run/walk and celebration of life beyond cancer that unites thousands of runners, walkers, and survivors to support Memorial Sloan-Kettering's Cancer Survivorship Initiative. The third annual Rock & Run took place on Sunday, June 7 at Hudson River Park's scenic Pier 84. Individual and team fundraising campaigns are open until August 31. Fred’s Team is a marathon program with a lifesaving mission. This dedicated group of runners has raised a total of more than $36 million to date in support of pioneering research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
