Kids Walk New York

Our History

The New York City walk is our flagship event. Kids Walk began in 2001 at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, NY, and moved to Central Park in 2003. The New York City walk attracts students from more than 50 tri-state area schools and has hosted more than 2,500 walkers! To learn more about the history of Kids Walk, visit the Our Founders page.

Event Information

The 2016 walk will be held at 11AM on April 30th at the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park. The walk is a 1.5 mile loop around Central Park and accessible for participants of all ages! If you have any additional questions about the event, please contact us at kidswalk@mskcc.org or 646-227-2575.
