Team up for Rock & Run on the River! It’s a great way to get together with friends, family, and co-workers to support vital survivorship research and services. Share in the spirit of this great event by forming a team or joining an existing team.

Become a Captain and Lead the Way!

When you sign up as a team captain, you take charge of organizing a group to help make a difference in the lives of cancer survivors. You get to name your team, set a fundraising goal, customize the team page, and recruit team members.

Team Categories

You can form a team or join a team in the following categories:

• Company Teams: Combine employee volunteerism and company support for cancer survivorship by forming a company team.


• Family and Friend Teams: Get together with family and friends to run or walk in honor of a loved one.


• School/Non-profit Teams: Salute the strength of a classmate, teacher, administrator, or co-worker who has survived cancer with your school or non-profit team.


• MSKCC Employees: Show your MSKCC team spirit by joining together at Rock & Run!

Each team member who raises the suggested $250 minimum will receive the 2009 commemorative Rock & Run T-shirt created by acclaimed fashion designer Carmen Marc Valvo. View last year’s T-shirt.
