I'm participating in Cycle for Survival for the first time this year in support of my friend Andrea Argenio who was diagnosed with a rare cancer in 2009. The way he handles all he has to endure from multiple treatments to extended hospital stays is truly amazing and I am in constant awe of how good is attitude is when I am around him. Andrea is absolutely one of the greatest people I have ever had the fourtune of meeting so please join me in donating to support him and all others battling rare cancers. Any amount you are willing to give is greatly appreciated by all involved. Thank you.

When combined, about half of all patients fighting cancer are fighting a rare cancer. These are cancers we know — such as leukemia, lymphoma, thyroid, ovarian, brain, pancreatic, and all pediatric cancers — yet research is largely underfunded.
