JOIN THE BATTLE. Beat Rare Cancers.
Dellerson Hayes lost her battle with Cholangiocarcinoma on 6/22/17. She
was surrounded by her family looking out on Flathead Lake, which was exactly
where she wanted to be. She fought a fierce battle with the help of her
excellent doctors, Dr. Sunnie Kim of Georgetown Med Center in Washington DC,
and Dr. Ghassan Abou-Alfa at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She was very
passionate about Cycle for Survival and raising money towards
Cholangiocarcinoma research. Her team, Rare But Real-DC/Biking for the
Bile Ducts raised over $100,000 in a few short months for this research.
Nationally, she and her two Soul sisters in this battle, Bita Javadizadeh and
Lorraine Twohill, raised over $1 million. We want what Danielle wanted so
badly, to find a cure for this awful disease. She would be greatly
honored by a donation to this very important cause.
Sincerely, the family of Danielle Dellerson Hayes
