The team at Sloan-Kettering treated Ed's cancer for 13 years. They turned treatment into more of a chronic condition than a life-threatening illness. That gave Ed the chance to dance at our weddings, be a part of his grandkids' lives, be the husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend that we all love.
Ed lost his battle on May 14th. He was at peace and not in pain.
