The Men's Volleyball community, through our NCAA Conference, the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (EIVA), wishes to help raise funds & awareness towards cancer research.
Ivan Marquez, Commissioner of the EIVA, and a seven year survivor that undergoes continuous care & treatments, could not be more proud to lead our efforts for the benefit of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Research Division.
The EIVA recognizes the utmost importance of fully engaging in the fight against cancer. The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center conducts one of the largest programs of clinical research in the world. Clinical research at the center combines the efforts of laboratory and clinical investigators in various disciplines and departments to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
The EIVA, a premier, long tenured NCAA Men's Volleyball Division I Conference, has unveiled the, "EIVA Rallies! Award" program. For the 2014 campaign the EIVA Rallies! Award will be based on fan attendance. The winner of the 2014 EIVA Rallies! Award is Penn State University.
All EIVA teams will be holding EIVA Rallies! events throughout the 2015 season. Be sure to visit http://EIVAvolleyball.com for announcements from each team regarding their events.
